Youth Education Sports Project

Our building committee is working on the proposed Multi-Purpose building. Final building design can be viewed at the town office. At the July 15th, 2026 Select board meeting, the board voted to sign the contract with Benchmark Construction for the building of the YES Project! Anticipated construction to begin mid August!

MCFKF received another $100,000 Donation

for the YES Project

Our 2026 fundraising campaign is underway and we anticipate breaking ground on the project this summer! We received a very generous second donation for $100,000 this season. Greenville, in partnership with MCFKF, was awarded a NRBC Catalyst grant for $1,000,000 to be used for the YES Project. This grant will be added to the Community Project Funding grant previously awarded to MCFKF for $1,561,000; and over $530,000 raised by MCFKF from our very generous community donors, both individuals and businesses, as well as from fundraising events. Combined these grants and donations total $3,101,793. We need to raise another $100,000 to be able to meet the 80/20 required funding match for the federal grants. Monies raised in excess of $100,000 will be used for additional needs like fencing and playground equipment.

Thanks to the gift from our very generous second donor of $100,000 this year, we have just $100,000 to go to get this project over the finish line!
